Yes

We accept all major forms of payment, including debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and any of the methods listed on our product pages.

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this time frame, orders will be automatically processed in our system and requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund once it has been received.

Yes, all orders come with fast and free delivery

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and sales periods. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order and are shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.

We aim for delivery within 7-12 working days (Monday to Friday).

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, pictures of the item(s) and any related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your matter as quickly as possible.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be applied to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
